type='text'>It seems that older rubygems versions (e.g. 1.1.0)...</title><content type='html'>It seems that older rubygems versions (e.g. 1.1.0) will read the development dependencies as normal dependencies, i.e. runtime.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;That's a problem, I suppose that before version 1.2.0 dev deps were NOT declared as dependencies, so the same should be with 1.2.0.</content><link
